My room had convenient amenities including a Dyson hair dryer. The breakfast offered plentiful and tasty options. I appreciated the central location for quick access to various places. I was also grateful that I could use the complimentary Wi-Fi without interruptions. The hotel also featured modern decor. The room itself also had several toiletries.

The gym equipment availability proved limited. I encountered difficulties securing a treadmill during peak hours.

Front desk workers promptly addressed my questions. Concierge staff provided useful tips about local transportation. Room service fulfilled requests within a reasonable time frame, about thirty minutes on both occasions.

i must say, the reception team greeted us with such friendliness.. customer service felt very good, permeating the entire hotel. my bags were taken to my room without my even needing to ask. i also loved how our room, a 'beautiful king room always me city view', was quite spacious and outfitted with cutting-edge technology.
